Yeah, yeah, I just got gilded. For the comment you’ll see when you click through.
I mean I’ve seen people get gilded even when massively downvoted, but look, I just apologized. Gilding me for an apology is, well...it’s a bit rich, isn’t it?
Don’t get me wrong, I’d thank the person who did, but I just find it really strange.

What I find in really bad taste is when someone gilds someone for something where the money would’ve been much better spent being donated to the cause that was being discussed - don’t gild in a thread about a disaster, donate to the disaster relief cause. Don’t gild someone for donating to a politician or volunteering for their campaign, donate to the politician yourself (unless you can’t for some reason).
